He described the alliance between Saraki and the PDP members in the Senate as a union capable of undermining the progress of the ruling party.
“For APC to succeed, it must have a dominant say in the two houses of Senate and House of Representatives, simply because it requires a like- minded people who have similarities of foresight, commonalities of vision and shared understanding about the true situation of the country and how to rescue the country from where it was to where it wants to be,” he explained.
In the same vein, former chairman of the APC Bisi Akande has alleged that some persons opposed to president Muhammadu Buhari’s resolve to fight corruption influenced the emergence of Bukola Saraki as senate president.

He called on the president and governors on the platform of the party to intervene in the continued crisis within the party before it collapses.
