Reports reaching us indicates that former captain of the Togolese national football team Emmanuel Adebayor is still bitter about the way his mother and siblings have treated him.
It was earlier reported that Adebayor’s mother made efforts to beg the angered son, but the former Arsenal striker refused apology saying she should let him be.
Like a soap opera with several episodes, Adebayor shared several posts on his Facebook page to reveal the dirty details behind the relationship between him and his mother.
Adebayor alleged that his mother and brother tried steal and exploit money from him and stated categorically that he has moved on with his life.

Recently, the striker visited Togo and in a bid to persuade him, the Nigerian kinsmen within the Adebayor family made efforts to arrange a meeting to settle the grievance amicably.
Although the mother was visibly sober and remorseful, the former African footballer of the year refused to see her. As a matter of fact, Adebayor refused meeting with her one-on-one.
It would be recalled that in the past months, Adebayor shared three posts on his Facebook page to express anger with his family and urged the public to learn lessons from it.
