On a visit to Thimphu, the capital of Bhutan, I found myself sitting across from a man named Karma Ura, spilling my guts. Maybe it was the fact that he was named Karma, or the thin air, or the way travel melts my defences, but I decided to confess something very personal. Not that long before, seemingly out of the blue, I had experienced some disturbing symptoms: shortness of breath, dizziness, numbness in my hands and feet. At first, I feared I was having a heart attack, or going crazy. Maybe both. So I went to the doctor, who ran a series of tests and found...
“Nothing,” said Ura. Even before I could complete my sentence, he knew that my fears were unfounded. I was not dying, at least not as quickly as I feared. I was having a panic attack.

What I wanted to know was: why now – my life was going uncharacteristically well – and what could I do about it?
“You need to think about death for five minutes every day,” Ura replied. “It will cure you.”
“How?” I said, dumbfounded.
“It is this thing, this fear of death, this fear of dying before we have accomplished what we want or seen our children grow. This is what is troubling you.”
“But why would I want to think about something so depressing?”
“Rich people in the West, they have not touched dead bodies, fresh wounds, rotten things. This is a problem. This is the human condition. We have to be ready for the moment we cease to exist.”
Places, like people, have a way of surprising us, provided we are open to the possibility of surprise and not weighed down with preconceived notions. The Himalayan kingdom is best known for its innovative policy of Gross National Happiness; it’s a land where contentment supposedly reigns and sorrow is denied entry. Bhutan is indeed a special place (and Ura, director of the Centre for Bhutan Studies, a special person) but that specialness is more nuanced and, frankly, less sunny than the dreamy Shangri-La image we project onto it.

Actually, by suggesting I think about death once a day, Ura was going easy on me. In Bhutanese culture, one is expected to think about death five times a day. That would be remarkable for any nation, but especially for one so closely equated with happiness as Bhutan. Is this secretly a land of darkness and despair?
Not necessarily. Some recent research suggests that, by thinking about death so often, the Bhutanese may be on to something. In a 2007 study, University of Kentucky psychologists Nathan DeWall and Roy Baumesiter divided several dozen students into two groups. One group was told to think about a painful visit to the dentist while the other group was instructed to contemplate their own death. Both groups were then asked to complete stem words, such as “jo_”. The second group – the one that had been thinking about death – was far more likely to construct positive words, such as “joy”. This led the researchers to conclude that “death is a psychologically threatening fact, but when people contemplate it, apparently the automatic system begins to search for happy thoughts”.
None of this, I’m sure, would surprise Ura, or any other Bhutanese. They know that death is a part of life, whether we like it or not, and ignoring this essential truth comes with a heavy psychological cost.
Linda Leaming, author of the wonderful book A Field Guide to Happiness: What I Learned in Bhutan About Living, Loving and Waking Up¸ knows this too.“I realised thinking about death doesn’t depress me. It makes me seize the moment and see things I might not ordinarily see,” she wrote. “My best advice: go there. Think the unthinkable, the thing that scares you to think about several times a day.”

Unlike many of us in the West, the Bhutanese don’t sequester death. Death – and images of death – are everywhere, especially in Buddhist iconography where you’ll find colourful, gruesome illustrations. No one, not even children, is sheltered from these images, or from ritual dances re-enacting death.
Ritual provides a container for grief, and in Bhutan that container is large and communal. After someone dies, there’s a 49-day mourning period that involves elaborate, carefully orchestrated rituals. “It is better than any antidepressant,” Tshewang Dendup, a Bhutanese actor, told me. The Bhutanese might appear detached during this time. They are not. They are grieving through ritual.
Why such a different attitude toward death? One reason the Bhutanese think about death so often is that it is all around them. For a small nation, it offers many ways to die. You can meet your demise on the winding, treacherous roads. You can be mauled by a bear; eat poisonous mushrooms; or die of exposure.
Another explanation is the country’s deeply felt Buddhist beliefs, especially that of reincarnation. If you know you’ll get another shot at life, you’re less likely to fear the end of this particular one. As Buddhists say, you shouldn’t fear dying any more than you fear discarding old clothes.

Which isn’t to say, of course, that the Bhutanese don’t experience fear, or sadness. Of course they do. But, as Leaming told me, they don’t flee from these emotions. “We in the West want to fix it if we’re sad,” she said. “We fear sadness. It’s something to get over, medicate. In Bhutan there’s an acceptance. It’s a part of life.”
Ura’s lesson, meanwhile, stuck with me. I make it a point to think about death once a day. Unless I find myself especially stressed, or engulfed in an unexplained funk. Then I think about it twice a day.

The All Progressives Congress has released a statement describing as callous, morbid and insensitive the comments made by President Goodluck Jonathan that the Chibok girls are still alive because Boko Haram would have displayed their bodies if they had been killed.
APC Call Jonathan Chibok Girls Statement Morbid
President Goodluck Jonathan
The statement signed in Lagos on Saturday by its national publicity secretary, Alhaji Lai Mohammed, said it found the comment “deeply offensive to human sensibilities” rather than providing hope and succour for the traumatised parents of the girls, The Punch reports.
It said a key role of presidents everywhere in times of tribulations and tragedies was to offer hope and be the consoler-in-chief, not to make statements that would deepen the suffering and sorrow of victims.
APC said one would have expected a president to speak on the basis of actionable intelligence, not some “twisted, melancholic and offensive logic.”
The party said the statement played on the fears of the parents of the girls and indeed of all Nigerians concerning the fate of the girls, who had been held in captivity for over 300 days, “with an impotent government” unable to rescue them.

It said all that the parents of the girls as well as all concerned people around the world had wanted to know was what the Jonathan administration was doing to bring the girls home safely and as soon as possible, “not a depressing statement about their bodies being displayed via a video by Shekau if they had been killed.”
The opposition party asked Jonathan to borrow a leaf from his Chadian counterpart, who came across as being very “presidential” in his comments on Shekau, when he said, ”It is in Abubakar Shekau’s interest to surrender, we know where he is. If he refuses to give himself up, he will suffer the same fate as his comrades.”
It said the Chadian president’s statement also contradicted the earlier claim by the Nigerian authorities that Shekau had been killed at least twice, the last of which was backed up with a ‘pictorial evidence’.
APC added, ”The Shekau that President Deby was referring to is the same Shekau that the Jonathan-led administration claimed to have killed at least twice, and the same Shekau the same administration is now seeking to capture alive.
”Mr. President (Jonathan), how many Shekaus do you want to kill or capture? Or is there a Shekau that is known only to your administration?”
Meanwhile, the coordinating minister for the economy and the minister of finance, Dr Ngozi Okonjo-Iweala, yesterday visited Chibok on behalf of  Jonathan and did something special for the community residents there.
One of the parents of the Chibok girls abducted on April 14, 2014, by Boko Haram insurgents, said yesterday that she and other parents had had a meeting with a senior government official.
Mrs Hauwa Chibok disclosed that they had been hosted by the minister of state for power, Muhammed Wakil, who explained the efforts being made by the government to rescue their children. She said that it had given them hope that the girls would soon be returned.
The woman reportedly led members of the Chibok community to the meeting held at the instigation of President Jonathan.

Hauwa shared her emotions in a short statement sent to Leadership over the weekend:
“I write to thank president Goodluck Jonathan, for sending one of his ministers, Mohammed Wakil, to symphatise with us and assure us over our missing daughters.”
Meanwhile the Peoples Democratic Party campaign organisation blasted the leaders of the All Progressives Congress (APC), saying that the party’s presidential candidate, Muhammadu Buhari, and Borno state governor, Kashim Shettima, should be held responsible if the abducted Chibok girls are not found.
The claim was contained in a statement by the PDP campaign’s director of media and publicity, Chief Femi Fani-Kayode. The extract from the document published on Vanguard, reads:
“Whilst the majority of Nigerians are overjoyed by the fact that the President has given us hope by saying that the girls are still alive, Lai Mohammed and the APC are not happy.
“The truth is that they do not want those girls to be found and neither do they care about their welfare or their safety. We say this because this was a man, and a party that complained and protested at the fact that Boko Haram was proscribed by the Federal Government last year.

“Lai Mohammed proclaimed that the proscription was unjust and unconstitutional. We have always believed that Buhari, Lai Mohammed, Governor Shettima and the APC know far more about the whereabouts of the Chibok girls and the activities of Boko Haram than they have cared to admit.
“Let it be clearly understood that if anything happens to those girls and if they are not produced at the soonest, we will hold Lai Mohammed, Buhari and the APC responsible.”
The imprisoned leader of the the Movement for the Emancipation of the Niger Delta (MEND), Henry Okah, has fiercely blasted President Goodluck Jonathan.
Henry Okah About Jonathan, Buhari And Asari Dokubo
Henry Okah

In a just-published interview, Okah described the president as timid and cowardly, The Nation reports.
Okah, who is currently in a South African jail, said he could hardly speak about GEJ without “saying something uncomplimentary”.
“I have met President Jonathan. I knew him though not closely when he was the Deputy Governor of Bayelsa State. My cousin Chief (Diepreye) Alamieyeseigha was then governor.
“I had a meeting with Jonathan in Pretoria in 2007 when the late President Musa Yar’ Adua sent him to speak with me. He was accompanied by Chief Timipre Sylva. I have spoken to him on occasions.
“In one instance, he was traumatized emotionally by the attack on his country home which he was misled into believing I had a hand in. The last time I spoke with him was in April 2010 when he asked for my support personally. Since my recent arrest, I have had no direct contact with him.
“It is difficult to speak about President Jonathan without saying something uncomplimentary. I truthfully find him timid and cowardly. His discussions are unintelligible revealing a lack of intellectual depth.

“As governor of Bayelsa State, and a man whose home had been violated, I expected him to be angry and indignant at this sacrilegious act. Rather, he was physically trembling, terrified and incoherent as he spoke weeks after the attack.”
Okah compared Jonathan with Alhaji Asari-Dokubo:
“I warned Nigerians about Goodluck Jonathan but some people assumed I was speaking in anger and arrogance.
“Nigerians have now seen President Jonathan for exactly what I told them that he is. There is little difference in his speeches and that of Asari.”
Speaking about the All Progressives Congress (APC) presidential candidate, Gen Muhammadu Buhari (retd.), Okah stated:
“I was quite young when General Muhammadu Buhari was in power so I am compelled by this fact to look at him in awe. This has nothing to do with his personality. General Buhari kept quiet for a long time and I have not kept up with him since after he was deposed in a military coup. He does not appear vain and would very likely be a more prudent civilian leader. This is not to say that I would vote for him in any elections as much as I respect him. I am disillusioned with Nigerian politics and have never voted or participated in any form of politics at any level.”
He also prayed for “a responsible and sensible president who sees the need to properly address the situation of the North and South in the face of Boko Haram and the Niger Delta issue”.
Returning to the comments about Asari Dokubo, Okah said:
“He is unintelligent and has forgotten the different versions he has given in the past. This man once said I was fighting against Goodluck Jonathan because Jonathan displaced Alamieyeseigha. Another time he said my wife is Itsekiri which was why I supported Itsekiris. My wife is from Enugu.

“He has also said in yet another interview that I am not Ijaw. But Ijaw historians and scholars will tell him that I am a purer Ijaw than he can ever be. Even as I say this I must tell you that the issue of tribe is unimportant to me because I am not tribalistic and regard myself first as a Nigerian before an Ijaw.”
Finally, he lamented the human rights situation in the country, referring first of all to his own case which no one “has any interest in”.
On March 26, 2013, Henry Okah was  sentenced to 24 years in prison by a South African court.
Okah, who was found guilty on 13 counts of terrorism, last year was allegedly caught attempting to break out of the Leeuwkop prison in Johannesburg, South Africa.

Police Lay Siege On APC Campaign Spokesman's Residence

Just few days after soldiers allegedly lay siege on the Lagos residence of the national leader of the All Progressives Congress (APC), Bola Tinubu, the party has cried out over another siege on the residence of its campaign spokesman, Shehu Garba.

APC National Publicity Secretary, Lai Mohammed
This was contained in a statement issued on Thursday by the party’s National Publicity Secretary, Alhaji Lai Mohammed, a copy obtained by ThisDay.
APC accused the police of laying siege on the residence of the Director of Media and Publicity of the party presidential campaign organisation, Garba, an action it claimed was part of the ongoing harassment and intimidation of its leaders by security agencies.

The party revealed that Garba’s residence at the NNPC Quarters, Area II, Abuja, has been surrounded by fierce looking armed policemen since 3 a.m. on Thursday, barring him from going to the mosque for prayers.
“Going after the spokesman of our party’s presidential campaign organisation is aimed at muffling the organisation’s voice and abridging the constitutionally-guaranteed rights of the spokesman himself. This is antithetic to democracy and totally unacceptable,” the statement read.
The party called on the people that deployed the armed security men to Garba’s house to swiftly order their withdrawal and explain to Nigerians what he did to deserve such harassment.

APC stated that following the siege by armed soldiers on the residence of Tinubu, in Lagos and a similar siege on the Imo State Government House in Owerri, it is obvious that the President Goodluck Jonathan-led administration has finally launched its much-anticipated clampdown on the opposition ahead of the general elections slated for March 28 and April 11.
“The Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) and the Jonathan’s administration are bent on badgering the opposition through the harassment, intimidation and arrest of its leaders as well as the circulation of unfounded rumours against the party. These actions are all aimed at fomenting a crisis and scuttling the forthcoming elections. We are therefore calling on all Nigerians as well as the international community to take note of this growing pattern of harassment and intimidation of the opposition, and the effect such action will have on the conduct of the elections,” the party said.
The opposition party, however, stood its ground that its leadership and members would not be intimidated by the latest antics of the Jonathan-led administration to harass and intimidate the opposition, especially in the run-up to next month’s general elections.
Meanwhile, in another release on Thursday by Mohammed, the party said the recent military siege on Tinubu’s residence and the Imo State Government House as well as police harassment of Shehu discloses the emerging pattern of the incumbent administration.
“As the elections approach, we know the harassment and intimidation will be stepped up. We know our leaders, including the National Chairman, Chief John Oyegun, Tinubu, Governor Rotimi Amaechi, former governor Timipre Sylva, Senator Bukola Saraki and Lai Mohammed, are under surveillance and their phones being hacked. We are aware that several of them, especially the National Publicity Secretary, have been marked down for arrest in the days to come. We know there are evil plots to frame some of them on trumped-up charges. We know our lives are in danger. But these and more will not deter us from continuing to act in the national interest or from seeking to effect change through the ballot box. Yes, we are alerting Nigerians that if anything happens to us they should know where it is coming from, but for us there is no going back because we are resolute,” APC said.
The party expressed gratitude to Nigerians for their huge and unrelenting support, especially since the shift in elections which was aimed at dampening the enthusiasm of the citizens, but urged them not to relent.

“We are glad that instead of weakening the resolve and enthusiasm of Nigerians, the Presidency-orchestated postponement has further galvanized them to be more determined not only to vote but also to defend their votes. Nigerians must demand and insist that the elections be held as rescheduled, that there will be no interim government or tenure elongation. Nigerians have the power to forge change with their voter’s cards and no one must deny them that right,” it said
The APC, however, called on President Jonathan to recall the judgment of history and put his dogs of war in chains and remember that history will judge no one but him even for the actions of his supporters who are acting in his name.
Meanwhile, despite the intimidation and harassment allegedly suffered by the opposition leaders in the hands of security agencies, the new Assistant Inspector-General of Police, Zone 2, Joseph Mbu, has threatened to arrest any governor or politician who foments trouble during the forthcoming elections.

The companies are Marlin Maritime Limited, Eat Catering Services Limited, and Haloween- Blue Construction and Logistics Limited. Others charged with Sylva are Francis Okoburo, Gbenga S. Balogun and Samuel Ogbuku.
The EFCC instituted 42 counts of money laundering against the three accused before Justice Ahmed Mohammed of the Federal High Court in Abuja.

A Nigerian prostitute named Patoo Abraham led other sex workers in a protest in Lagos to ensure that prostitution is legalized and that sex workers are respected, according to Al-Jazeera.
Nigerian Prostitute Leads Protest In Lagos
Patoo Abraham
48-year-old Patoo Abraham who has become famous for fighting for the rights of prostitutes and heads the Nigerian chapter of African Sex Workers Alliance (ASWA) led a couple of protests in Lagos state, demanding the rights of prostitutes as they carried their signature red umbrellas and T-shirts with the inscription “Sex work is work, we need our rights.”
Abraham told Al Jazeera saying: “We are tired of dying in silence, We want to be able to practise our profession with pride like every other person. We want an end to name-calling and stigmatisation. We are sex workers and not asawo [a Yoruba derogatory name for prostitutes].”

Abraham who is also the president of the Women of Power Initiative (WOPI), a non-governmental organisation established to advance the cause of sex work in Nigeria said Sex work, is normal work and that there are “sex workers everywhere under one form of disguise or the other”. “[The] government should stop criminalising our work”.
Abraham, a single parent of two kids who are in the University said she has no regrets being a sex worker.
She told Al Jazeera saying: “Just as you are proud of your profession, that is how I am proud of mine. Just as you are respected for being a journalist, that is how I want to be respected”.
Abraham said that people who stigmatised them and the security agents who harassed them were a serious problem.
She said: “People call us names but the funny thing is that they don’t even know if their wives, sisters or daughters are one of us,” she said in-between laughter.

“If I don’t tell you that I am a sex worker, you won’t know unless you see me here. Most of us are working as nurses in big hospitals, some are bankers and even students, but you won’t know.”
Meanwhile, the prostitutes have complained about how they are being treated in the society.
One of the prostitutes, who identified herself only as Janet, spoke of how police arrest them indiscriminately, raiding their brothel even when they are with their clients saying: “Sometimes, after reluctantly paying for our services, they arrest us and take us to the [police] station and ask us to bail ourselves with the same amount they paid us, thereby recovering their money,” Janet said in pidgin English.

“Some of us sustain serious injuries when our customers beat us up and there is no one to protect us,” she added.
Outspoken and HIV-positive, 35-year-old Ayide said: “When we talk about police, we are pointing accusing fingers at only one group. The fact is that all the uniformed men, especially the mobile police [paramilitary arm of the police], are oppressing us. They use their uniform to harass us. They extort money from us, beat us and rape us.”
Meanwhile, Margaret Onah, the founder of Safe Haven Development Initiative and WOPI, who has campaigned for the rights of prostitutes, said she is still planning to take protests to the national assembly, and push for legislation that will decriminalise sex work and empower women.
“Nigerian law does not specifically say anything against prostitution, What it says is that if a girl is caught openly soliciting for sex, and money is being exchanged, she should be arrested. But we know that if a girl is staying in a brothel, and is a sex worker, the brothel is more or less like her home,” Onah said.
Meanwhile, it was reported in July, that a c.
In her words: “I think prostitution should be legalised. I have been there; I have been with these girls. I have been to Holland where I think it’s legal. It won’t be bad if it is legalised because it’s everywhere anyway. So it’s better if it’s legalised.”

While many keep criticizing Maheeda over posting unclad pictures embarrassing her man and Nigerians, the singer responds that it is not a publicity stunt but just her own way of getting job done, Nigeriafilms reports with reference to Saturday Tribune.
Speaking during the recent interview,  the mother of one and a wife of 2 years revealed that her husband loves and respects her, adding however that if he decides to leave, she will have no problems in finding a new man. Developing her thought, Maheeda added that “many men are running” after her.
“He loves it, he always says, ‘oh, so my wife is this sexy’. There was a time he read online that Maheeda is one of the hottest women in Nigeria, he called me and said. ‘Can you imagine, I’m married to one of the sexiest women in Nigeria’ and he was happy about it. People are different, but that is my husband’s own way.”
Despite the image of a wild woman one gets from seeing the hot photos the Goddess of X” (as Maheeda calls herself), the singer explains that in reality she is attached to home and her family:
“Hmm, I’m very homely. I like to play around with my daughter, we do homework together, we talk about school. We don’t have a house help, so I do my cleaning and other chores myself. I even feel lonely because I don’t have friends, I have my daughter and husband only as friends.”
Controversial singer Maheeda obviously continues to tease her fans by posting more half-naked photos and making statements about men’s tools.

Maheeda took to her Instagram page to share some ‘deep’ thoughts about her attitude to sex with condoms: “D*ck is not my problem silly! I can get it any how and any time I want it! Shm …as far as there is condom, changing dick is my hubby! Tho the sweetest ones holds me down.”
Apparently, the singer is teasing her fans by saying such things as she is a married woman. However, there is a possibility that she and her husband have an open relationship. This means that they agree that a romantic or intimate relationship with another person is accepted, permitted, or tolerated.
Recently, in an interview . From the singer’s point of view, everyone’s life is based on sex. “If there’s no sex, I won’t be normal,” she said.

No doubts, movies, in a big way have affected some of the thoughts we have as human beings, towards sex, making us to expect the ”seemingly natural” as proclaimed to us from the screens and also have an imagery of what sex really is not.

However, as individuals, we get information that we need on any topic, all thanks to the search engine called Google. Even hearing gist about sex from peers, friends, sex experts and the seemingly experienced guy or lady just down the street does not guarantee you hearing some of the followings you are about to read.
Like what we see in the movies, that we see two perfect people, who do not have problems,  gaze at each other, and the next thing we see is boom!… they’re in bed doing it. Sex does not just “happen”, it requires a little work, here and there, knowing the person more, agreement (either formally or informally).

Movies paint a picture of talking about sex as a taboo, making it look like its just cool to get along and pretend everything is just fine when nothing has ever been sexually. Being afraid to tell that to the guy you’re sleeping with will only result in a one-sided, unsatisfactory sex life. There is nothing as cool as being able to voice your sexual opinions to the ears of your partner, it greatly enhances your sexual lives.
Ladies have been made to believe  that balls should look one way enticing but the truth is  Balls don’t look like what you think they do. They hang lower than you thought they would, and at first you will get an impulse to whack it back and forth like a cat would. It is a truth universally acknowledged that all balls looks like the balls of old men.
Most times, movies paint the picture of a stress-free and awesomely beautiful experience when you try some major sex positions. But, you should know that roughly half of the most common positions are somehow uncomfortable on your knees. Do not be deceived.
Direct pressure on your clitoris can be too intense and feel uncomfortable as against what many have believed. Amazingly, men especially do not know this, which is why “fingering” to some of them means “pounding like they’re playing Doom and the female clit is the space bar on the keyboard.” Supposedly avoiding direct contact, focusing more on the upper left side rather than the center, is the most pleasurable for women.

The person who took your virginity could mean nothing to you as against the general belief that we were brought up to think that we’ll have mutual virginity loss with our high school boyfriend, boy next door or whatever the person we lost the virginity to. The question is, what if the person you lost the virginity to, is someone you barely know?….And that doesn’t mean anything’s wrong with you if you do not have the age long  feeling that has been believed.
Also,  being the one that is more active in bed, does not mean you are strong or active in everyday life. And vice versa: Not taking control in bed doesn’t mean you’re a slow, backward person in your daily life. Fantasies are often totally separate from your nonsexual personality.
Are you surprised?…Do you have more of some of these experiences you might like to share? Do share in the comment section.

There are several neurochemical processes that occur during sex, which are the ‘glue’ to human bonding which is why breaking up from a sexual relationship is sometimes much more emotionally painful and much harder to forget than one that didn’t involve sex.

According to a report on Christian Post, neuropsychologist Dr. Tim Jennings said: “When you have premarital sex, your reward circuitry is bonded to them now, and it will be much deeper and hurtful. Oftentimes, in breakups of people who’ve been sexually active, they can’t tolerate the sense of emptiness, so they rush into another relationship. The neuro circuits did not have time to reset, and so they’re impaired in their ability to bond with the next person, and they may become sexually active with them. This is just a repetitive cycle, and there are real impairments in bonding going on.”
“Knowing how these neurochemicals interact and change the brain help us understand why sex is meant (to be kept) within the boundaries of marriage.”
There are three powerful and important products released during sex between a man and a woman in a committed relationship which helps couples bond. These are the Dopamine, Oxytocin and Vasopressin.
Dopamine, a powerful chemical is internal pleasure/reward system. When someone is involved sexually, it makes him or her want to repeat that act. Their brain produces lots of dopamine which is compared to heroin on the brain and when dopamine is involved, it changes how one remembers.
The other part is oxytocin, which is designed to mainly help one forget what is painful. Oxytocin is a hormone produced primarily in women’s bodies. When a woman has a child and she is breastfeeding, she produces lots of oxytocin, which bonds her to her child. For this reason, mothers will die for their child, because they’ve become emotionally bonded due to the oxytocin that is released when they’re skin-to-skin with their child. When a woman becomes intimate with a man, her body also releases Oxytocin and she becomes emotionally bonded to him.
“Have you wondered sometimes why a woman will stay with a man who’s abusing her? We know now, it’s because she bonds to him emotionally, because of the Oxytocin release during sex,” a report said.
On the other hand, men produce Vasopressin also referred to as the monogamy hormone, and it serves the same purpose as Oxytocin. It bonds a man to a woman.
Working together, the two hormones and one chemical produced by the human body during sex helps to bond a man and a woman together for long-term relationship but while these “bonding” agents are great for marriage relationships, they don’t work so well for dating relationships as they could cloud your objectivity when searching for a life partner. When they are introduced in casual sexual relationships, however, they can cause much trouble.

Sex is just a three letter word but this three letter word is given more attention than the longest word in the dictionary.
