President Muhammadu Buhari‘s official photographer, Bayo Omoboriowo is getting married to his love, Lola Omitokun very soon.
Recall that Bayo proposed to his honey, Lola at the beginning of the year in Dubai.
 
The couple already had their registry wedding a few months ago, but their big wedding is coming up.

Super Eagles and Former Fernabahce player, Emmanuel Emenike, has departed the Turkish league on loan for the rich Dubai league.

A finding conducted by Naij Sports revealed that, the African Cup of Nations 2013 winning squad member left on two grounds. He fell out of favour from the team long ago and also with hopes to shine and grab a better pay in Dubai after a year extension of his contract with Fenerbahce.
The 28-year-old player, who joined Al Ain of Dubai on a season-long loan said he wants to score a lot of goals to justify his fitness to silence critics, who think he has lost form. He will be replacing Ghanian, Asamoah Gyan who left the club for China.
Emenike joined Fenerbahce in 2011 for a record sum of 9million US dollars. Naij Sports recalled that, Emenike fell out of favour with the Fenerbahce Fans and he was constantly booed on the field of play whenever he features for the team which left a question mark on his performance and continuous stay at the club.

However, there is an urgent need to redeem his fading image because he has been overlooked by the National Team handlers.
Emenike, who won the Turkish league title with Fenerbahce, scored 13 goals with nine assists. He will be playing his first match with Al Ain of Dubai on Thursday.
Reports over the weekend emerged that Emenike announced his conversion to Islam during a conversation with the coach of his former club, Vitor Pereira.

I wake up each day reminding myself that I would do everything to show the world that the UAE and Dubai in particular would never become followers but Leaders in all sectors of leadership.”

Ogundele also spoke about his desire to transform Nigeria’s building sector, noting that: “ The real-estate sector in Dubai inspires me a lot so I desire to transform the Nigerian building sector to match that of the UAE. Our flagship buildings, ‘LorenzoBySujimoto’, are designed after outstanding UAE structures. We intend to achieve this by bridging the gap in the provision of exceptional luxury structures in Lagos, Nigeria, other parts of West and ultimately the UAE.”

The music industry’s big-wigs are present as Industry Nite hosted All Africa Music Awards, AFRIMA Edition yesterday July, 1, 2015
The weekly event that takes place every Wednesday at its usual venue in Spice Route, Adeola Odeku, Victoria Island, Lagos. Having DJ Spinnal as its official DJ and Jimmy as its host.
It was set up with the purpose of pulling upcoming artistes, music producers, DJs, super stars, artiste managers, media personalities, record labels, executives and fans together under one accord.

The Industry Nite, hosted AFRIMA yesterday and a lot of artistes were not just present as they also displayed scintillating performances on the stage it was an indeed big night for the fans as they keep asking for more.
Notable among the star performers are, Phynofino who made the Igbo fans present calling for more, Sean Tizzle did his “Abeg” as Lil Kesh dished out some lovely “Shoki” and “Gbese” moves, Cynthia Morgan gave the to the lovers of “German Juice” and invited them to “Come and Do“, Adekunle Gold did his romantic love song “Sade” and newly released “Orente”, Mr 2Kay dished out his “Bad Girl Special”, while Joel trilled fans other performers are, Tjan, Aramide, Rayce, Simi and many others.

Dancehall superstar Cynthia Morgan has denied kissing the EME boss, Banky W, during MTV Base’s Real Talk Show.

According to the German Juice crooner, the picture that triggered the rumour was taken while she was greeting Banky W at her Industry Nite.

Members of the civilian Joint Task Force (JTF) on Thursday, August 6, 2015, arrested eight terrorists in Mussa, Askira-Uba Local Government Area, Borno State.
Apagu Istifanus, leader of the civilians JTF in Mussa District confirmed to Sahara Reporters that six of them were from Gwoza town.
“We interrogated and said that they were tired and didn’t want to fight Jihad again,” Istifanus said.
The terrorists were handed over to the military in Mubi, Adamawa state for further interrogation.
Meanwhile, civilian JTF in Konduga Local Government Area of Borno state, two days ago also arrested four other members who had been terrorizing ‎civilians in that area.
“I can tell you that now we have new hardware to defeat Boko Haram in short period of time. Last week we began full operations against Boko Haram militants in northeast, many of their camps have been destroyed and it seems they are now short of ammunition and fleeing from the battle front,” a military source said.
In a related development, to fight the deadly Boko Haram sect according to a directive from President Muhammadu Buhari.

The 2015/2016 English Premier League season starts on Saturday 8th of August as Manchester United kick off against Tottenham Hotspurs at Old Trafford.
Both teams will not be at full as various players would be missing for different reasons. Manchester United would not be able to call on Marcos Rojo who would be missing due to his activities at the 2015 Copa America while David De Gea has been ruled out be manager Loius Van Gaal because of what he calls ‘not in the right frame of mind’.

Club-record signing Andy Carroll is also out injured.

The Nigerian Professional Football League (NPFL) continues this weekend. Sunshine Stars of Akure still top the table with 39 points followed by Enyimba on 38 points while Warri Wolves on 36 points completes the top three.

Osinachi Ohale, Ngozi Ebere, Desire Oparanozie, Ngozi Okobi and Evelyn Nwabuoku, who were at the FIFA World Cup in Canada in June, have been recalled and would be joined in the camp by junior internationals Yetunde Adeboyejo, Chinaza Uchendu and Chinwendu Ihezuo.
The players are to report to the Serob Legacy Hotel, Abuja on Monday, August 10 with their international passports and training kits.
