The former Big Brother Africa winner, Karen Igho who welcomed her bundle of joy on Saturday, July 4, at the Mount Sinai Roosevelt hospital in New York, finally steps out with her son.
The controversial BBA winner, after the birth of her baby has suddenly transformed and is now well celebrated by her fans.
Karen took to her Instagram page to post a picture of herself taking a stroll with her baby with the caption: “Baby and me outing”.

It can be recalled that, Karen got married to her love, Yaroslav Rakos in December 2014 in Nigeria. She is also one of the nine Nigerian celebrities who welcomed baby in 2015.
Following the alleged death of the Ooni of Ife, Oba Okunade Sijuwade, traditionalists in Ile-Ife, Osun state, have declared a seven-day sacred traditional Oro festival.
During the seven-day period of the festival, residents of the ancient town, especially women must not stay outside beyond p.m.
Though the reason for the declaration of the Oro festival was not known, informed sources believe it might be in connection with the alleged death of the traditional ruler of the town, the Ooni of Ife, which his chiefs have continued to dismiss and described as mere rumour, The Nation reports.
Some other sources however, said that the festival had nothing to do with the alleged death of the Ooni.
 
It was gathered from sources that the traditionalists would use the 7-day period to appease the gods and perform necessary rituals that would make the town to enjoy peace and also avert looming danger in Ife and its environs.
According to the sources, whoever violates the traditional order of the oro festival will have themselves to blame for the dire consequence.
The sources who pleaded anonymity claimed that this year edition of the festival only coincided with the “rumoured death” of the town’s monarch.
To prove that Oba Sijuwade is alive, they said: “There is a door that remained closed during the life time of a sitting monarch, and since the door remained closed, it means that the monarch is presumed to be alive.
 
“The closure of markets to business and ringing of a special bell to announce the death of the monarch are two major significant signs to show that a monarch has joined his ancestors and these are yet to be done.”
surfaced during the week but the Royal Traditional Council (RTC) of the town, on Wednesday,  July 29, stated that the paramount ruler is alive and in good state of health.
Meanwhile, major markets in the ancient town have remain opened, as commercial and economic activities continued.
Also, the Ooni palace at Enuwa was calm and devoid of the usual human and vehicular traffic, except for the presence of the private guards and about four police men manning the gates of the palace.
Despite the denial of Oba’s death, the Premium Times reports that the body of Ooni of Ife, Okunade Sijuwade, has arrived his palace in Ile Ife, Osun state.

However, authorities and prominent Ile-Ife personalities insist the Oba is alive, and is hale and hearty.
Insiders in palace said on August, 1 that the remains of the paramount ruler left London in a hired air ambulance on Friday and was taken to the palace under the cover of night.
 
According to the sources, the body is now lying in a secret part of the palace named Ilegbo, a sacred place where all Oonis gather with their relatives.
Ilegbo reportedly is the place where highly-prized rituals take place within the parturiency of the palace.
It is also the place where the Are covered with crown, worn yearly by the Ooni, is kept.
Only the monarch’s male children, highly ranked priests and chiefs are reportedly permitted to enter that inmost places of the palace and sight the Ooni’s body.
“Even the Oba’s female children can’t come here, tradition does not allow them to sight the Oba at this time,” one of the sources said.
Palace sources said the announcement of the Oba’s death had to be postponed to let his wives and family members move their personal property from the palace, and for the traditional clerics to perform some “compulsory rituals”.
 
“Members of his family who were with him in London had to hurry back home to remove their personal effects because once his death is declared all their property will belong to the people. They won’t be able to take anything from the palace anymore,” another source said.

Following the alleged death of the Ooni of Ife, Oba Okunade Sijuwade, members of a fraternity reportedly entered into Oduduwa shrine and other sacred forests on Thursday, August 6, to perform further rites on his transition.
According to This Day, a source in Ile-Ife disclosed that all the heads of the fraternity groups in the town which the monarch belonged to, had been asked to start invoking their gods and also perform necessary rites for the royal father.
The source added that at the shrines of the deities, the traditionalists had been assigned specific duties in regards to the sacrifices that would be suitable for the transition of Sijuwade.
A source close to the palace, who spoke on the condition of anonymity, said those who have been assigned specific duties are Osogun, Obalara, Lana and Emese. They are all said to be operating under “Isoro” deity, which is the father of all deities in the land.
 
He also gave the name of the head of Isoro deity as Obadio, saying he is also in charge of dialect and languages of gods and goddesses of the land.
Isoro is the custodian of all other deities, while Obalara is said to be in charge of Obalufon shrine, while Emese, who is supposed to spread the news of the developments had been reportedly told to be alert to perform its own duty as well according to the tradition of the town.
At the weekend, t, believed to be in connection with the rumoured death of the monarch. However, his chiefs have continued to dismiss the death of the Ooni, describing it as mere rumour.
According to report, because Isoro cult members, who are carrying out the necessary rituals on the late monarch, are yet to give their nod that the death be made public.

The Grammy winner was getting his first glimpse of the famed Red Rocks Amphitheatre in Denver, Colorado — which he was pretty darn excited about, judging from his Instagram — when, lo and behold, a camera crew was interviewing a pair of girls about their yoga event.
"They've got beginner to advanced instructors on stage and they will help you out," Luisa says as Smith walks up behind her and makes a peace sign. "You're getting photobombed," the cameraman warns her. They just laugh. A few moments later, Luisa even tells the scene stealer to "get out of here."

Why did you deviate from Law to Fashion?
I have not deviated from law completely, though you will be right to say fashion takes more of my time than my legal profession. Fashion is simply me! I love looking good at all times and staying classy. My interest in fashion, especially the native attire I specialize in is simply to promote our cultural values, as it makes one stand out.
Who is your target market?
My market audience is everybody, even though I target the politicians and the business men, as they tend to wear native attires every day as they run their own business and not restricted to Shirt and Tie office wear. In as much as they are my main target, other persons are not exempted as they also patronize me, because they usually wear natives on weekends, to weddings and events. I guess it’s safe to say that I can sell to everybody- males, females and also kids.
What kind of fabrics do you specialize in?
I specialize in Atiku, guinea brocade, wool, polished lace, Linen for Men and guipure, raw silk, chiffon and sequin.

Where do you see Nigerian fashion in five years?
The fashion industry is growing large and wide and in about five years, I think everybody will be more receptive towards it and be more into our cultural attire and accept the native world, where they can choose their own styles and stand out uniquely. I think in five years we will have more people accepting our creative, leaving English attires and showcasing our cultural values.

Manchester United manager, Louis van Gaal has revealed that he wants to leave the English giants in no too distant future.
The former Barcelona coach stated that he needs to sign a superstar in the mould of Cristiano Ronaldo in order to achieve his primary ambition of winning the Premier League before he leaves Manchester United in two years.
In an interview with Sky Sports News HQ’s Vinny O’Connor, the former Holland manager admitted that two years is the time limit he has given himself to win the Premier League title, after which he will walk away from the club, whatever happens.

Montreal Impact of the Major league Soccer (MLS) on Monday night announced the signing of one of the greatest African footballers ever; Didier Drogba.
The club announced the two time African footballer of the year would be a designated player, following a trade with the Chicago Fire, in return for general and targeted allocation money.

1. Obafemi Martins – Nigeria: Nigerian striker, Obafemi ‘Obagoal’ Martins left Levante of Spain in 2013 to sign for Seattle Sounders of the MLS and in 62 games, he has scored . He moved after Seattle paid the $4 million buyout clause in Martins’ contract with Levante. In his two years with the club, MArtins has won the Supporter Shield; he provided the assist for Marco Pappa’s first goal as Seattle defeated the Galaxy 2–0. He finished his first season  with 17 goals during the regular season (a club record) as well as notching 13 assists, a joint-club record held with Mauro Rosales.

The two-fime African footballer of the year has played for clubs such as Chelsea of England, Galatasary, Le Mans, Olympique De Marseille and Shanghai Shenhua of China.
Bright Dike: The Super Eagles striker plays for San Antonio Scorpions on loan from Toronto FC.  He is cousin of Super Eagles striker Emmanuel Emenike. He has played his entire professional career in the USA where he was born and raised. He has played for the Portland Timbers, Indiana Invaders, Toronto FC and Los Angeles blues.
Nigerians will most likely remember him for his goal against Italy in a pre-world cup friendly match (his first official goal for the Super Eagles) in the 35th minute with an assist by Shola Ameobi.

Traore moved to the Seattle Sounder of the MLS on 23 February 2013 when he MLS club signed with the MLS club after a successful preseason trial. Celestine Babayaro – Nigeria: Babayaro is a former Chelsea and Newcastle full back  who on 21 January 2008, came to an agreement with the Los Angeles Galaxy to join them on a three-year contract, effective immediately. His stay was however short lived due to bad behaviour and other demeanors.
According to Wikipedia: “…thinking that he had arrived at sort of an American superclub that only a year earlier gave David Beckham what was widely reported to be the $250 million contract, Babayaro was agitated by what he considered to be “shabby” accommodations – from having to fly in the economy class to sharing a hotel room on the road. His lack of commitment in training and preseason games reflected those feelings and he soon got on Gullit’s and club president and general manager Alexi Lalas’s bad side.
On 3 March, Babayaro was waived by the Galaxy after playing only 45 minutes in a preseason friendly against FC Seoul, receiving a yellow card and conceding a penalty in the process. The reason for this unexpected release was not stated explicitly by Galaxy front office. “After a period of evaluation, it was decided that it would be in the best interest of the club and the player to part ways,” Lalas said in a statement. “It is unfortunate that it did not work out, but Ruud and our technical staff are hard at work putting together this team and difficult decisions have to be made.”
